ClearProp is a cloud-based flight club management platform that provides scheduling, aircraft management, member management, billing, and communication tools for flying clubs and their members. ClearProp is operated from the State of Texas.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use ClearProp. Access is by invitation only through a participating flight club. By using ClearProp, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
ClearProp accounts are created through an invitation from a flight club administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify your club administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

ClearProp is a scheduling and management tool only. It is not a flight planning service, navigation aid, or aviation safety system. ClearProp does not provide weather briefings, NOTAMs, flight routing, weight and balance calculations, or any other flight planning services.
The pilot in command is solely responsible for determining whether a flight can be conducted safely and in compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs). Currency tracking features are provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as the sole source of regulatory compliance. Pilots are responsible for independently verifying their own currency, medical status, and aircraft airworthiness before every flight.
Flight rates, dues, and fees are set by your flight club, not by ClearProp. ClearProp provides the billing infrastructure to track charges and process payments. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. and is subject to Stripe's terms of service.
Billing disputes should be directed to your flight club administrator. ClearProp is not a party to the financial arrangement between you and your flight club.
ClearProp and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClearProp and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Your use of ClearProp is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
ClearProp is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Texas, ClearProp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClearProp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Your access to ClearProp may be terminated by your flight club administrator at any time. ClearProp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice within the application. Your continued use of ClearProp after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
